Gino's Suggestion
Finesse against the CQ in trick 1. You have no other chance to make the contract. Do not fear going down more than one trick. Focus only in making your contract!
When the club finesse wins, cash the CKA to pitch a diamond loser hoping for a 4-3 break.
Play the 4th club to pitch another diamond loser. This last play caters for a potential trump promotion.
Finally, ruff in your hand. Draw trumps. Play the HA and HQ... continue drawing the last trump.
